If he Don't Want you Then Don't Talk to me, go Ahead and Sue Yourself!

Remember when Fantasia got her groove back with dude pictured above back in 2010? There was this whole big to-do because he was technically still married but both he and Fantasia claimed that he and his wife were separated well before he and Fantasia started doing the horizontal limbo.

Well, this just in, files were filled in a  North Carolina court that state that Paula(wifey) and Antwaun(baby daddy/husband) were married on October 1, 2005 and separated June 16, 2010, 6 months after pictures and evidence started surfacing of Fantasia and Antwaun together.  Since Antwaun signed off on the papers with the June 2010 date present, he has officially admitted to having a 6 month affair.

With this bit of information Paula now how the power to sue Fantasia for "Alienation of Affection," which I believe is not right nor is it fare.  Just because Antwaun has admitted to cheating, that does not mean that Fantasia was any more aware of Paula's existence, or that she still held the official title.  Unless they can prove that Fantasia knew of Paula and their on-going marriage, there should not be a way Paula should be able to sue her for anything.

With the bit of celebrity Fantasia still sustains, however, I fear Paula will definitely try to go in for the kill to get as much out of this divorce as she can.  She seemed like a really scorned woman back when the story first broke so she is probably definitely out for the kill.

It's sad though, I really feel in my heart Fantasia had no idea of what was really going on.  After watched her reality show(I know I know) she just doesn't seem like the type to me or even to have the time or energy to help someone have an affair.  I just hope everything works out for Fantasia and her bouncing baby boy!(To hell with Antwaun!)
