Phelps was spotted in London over the weekend with some very exclusive accessories in tow! Up in the club rockin' his two-step, (probably to some Varsity Music) not only did he bring his 4 gold metals to the exclusive night club Chinawhite in Soho, but he also brought the two silver he scooped up at this year's Olympics too! More power to you baby! I'm not mad at you! I'm not mad at that retirement either! Now he'll have all the time in the word to sit back and...
