Lil' Wayne is suing Quincy Jones III over a documentary about his life surrounding his production of "The Carter III" album back in 2008. Mr. Carter claims that he halted completion of the documentary because of its horrible depiction of him and that even though Quincy III decided to construct and distribute the documentary anyway, Wayne did not give him the rights to sample the songs that he did use in the film.
In true form, the deposition that Lil' Wayne gave for this case was, well, ratchet. I hope he doesn't sue the court for deformation of character too after this >__>. Throughout the entire recording Wayne could not "recall" anything and the things he could "recall" were hilarious. Apparently, on top of his rapping and acting skills, he also has some telepathy or ESP he has had yet to reveal to us until this time. He finished off the line of questioning with some rather direct general threats towards his questioner:
The film in question is still available for viewing on YouTube. I saw it back when it was first distributed and to me I don't think it portrayed Lil' Wayne to be anything other than what he was, I believe The Carter himself said it best:
"I'm a pill poppin' animal, syrup sippin' nigga, syrup, syrup sippin' nigga!"
I have been reading your posts regularly. I need to say that you are doing a fantastic job. Please keep up the great work.....
