Terius Gray, better known as Juvenile of the late 90's rap group The Hot Boys, reunited with one of his "Hot Boy" counterparts, Lil' Wayne last night on stage at LIV Nightclub only to moments later be arrested for disorderly conduct outside of the Miami hotel. Apparently a fight broke out around 7AM this morning, that then spilled into the streets, "creating a threat to life and property as well as the overall safety of the patrons inside," according to the police.

According to TMZ, around 8:30 AM PT Juvenile was released from custody. He also told TMZ the fight was not between he and Lil' Wayne.

Personally, this sounds like a publisity stunt to me. I'm sure Juvenile is just setting up the buzz he needs for that new YMCMB mix tape he's probably going to drop soon enough(because we all know how YMCMB loves to take irrelevant artists and make them relevant again). Well played YMCMB camp, well played.  Well, if he is planning on rapping again I can't wait to add some new songs to my "Ratchet" playlist!

Who is Azealia Banks?

I don't hear too much about her.  Seldom do I see her name, music, or video links circulating around.  The first time I ever really heard of her was on Tumblr.  She has a unique quirky look all her own.  It's chique in a "I don't give a f*ck" kind of way.  Her clothes look like they could easily be vintage one-of-a-kind or something she got at a $1 swap meet.

The look then directed me to her sound.  I listened to her mix tape and I will admit, there were definitely some songs I could dance to either with my friends, or by myself, or used as some fast pace beats for my workouts.  I believe I downloaded mine from DatPiff but since then it has seemed to disappear off of many sites.  I would link it somewhere but, if she wanted her music to be heard she would have made sure it was easy to find so if you're that interested you can journey yourself.  Here't the cover to aid you in your search:

Recently, however,  Nicki Minaj invited Azealia on tour with her in Europe but Ms. Banks quickly shot it down siting the completion of her debut album "Broke With Expensive Taste" as the reasoning.  That sparked controversy over possible "sub-tweets" going around between Nick and Azealia for the possible slight Nick might have felt from the declination of her o-so gracious invitation.  

Either way there's a slow buzz beginning for Azealia Banks outside of the Tumlr/internet world.  Her bubble may just pop very quickly onto radio and tv.  Some people crown her as being the next FemC with the capabilities to steal some of Nicki's shine.  I for one am not 100% convinced, but very excited and hopeful for a positive outcome.  Music thrives off  some good old fashion competition.

Late Nights!!

Jeremih is at it again!  Giving us the soundtracks to our bedrooms.  Late Nights was the best title for this mix tape. From start to finish you have that high pitched melodic stylings we become accustomed to from Mr Jeremih, but a little more polished, a little, smoother.  This mix tape would be a great accent to many of the late night hobbies whether it be sitting back with a nice drink or smoke, or doing some bedroom cardio.  But don't be mistaken, this is no Luther Vandross love ensemble or anything like that, so don't expect to find another "If This World Were Mine" on there or anything, but some of the subject matter is sure to get you hot a steamy!

With features from artists like Gucci Mane, 2 Chainz, Fabolous, and Twista the mix tape almost speaks for itself.  I almost wonder why it's free on DatPiff! Go Download it now!! What do you have to lose?!
